Connelly, Ives to host "Straight Talk Tour"

State Senator Michael Connelly (R-Naperville) and State Representative Jeanne Ives (R-Wheaton) are hosting the Straight Talk Tour, which will provide constituents with the latest information on the budget and their efforts to reform the business climate in Illinois. The Straight Talk Tour will consist of three separate town halls located in Naperville, Carol Stream, and Wheaton.

All constituents are invited to attend one of these town halls to give their input and to ask questions about state government. No RSVP is required, but seating could be limited due to the room size.

“Keeping constituents informed and listening to their feedback is my most important priority,” said Rep. Ives. “I encourage every local resident and taxpayer to attend one of our town hall meetings to make your voice heard and learn how Senator Connelly and I are fighting for you in Springfield.”

“There’s a lot going on in Springfield right now, and Representative Ives and I want to give our constituents a chance to hear from us directly,” said Sen. Connelly. “We’ll be talking about everything from the budget to how Illinois compares to its surrounding states.”
